As many of our parishes have applied for (and received) Payroll Protection Program (PPP) funds, the Office of the Bishop and Joint Finance Panel (JFP) offer the following guidance about how to manage funds received and convert the loan into a grant by complying with program guidelines.

We believe there is a sixth mark of mission that is essential if congregations hope to achieve any of the original five marks of mission.
