Join us this year as we gather for the Diocese of Olympia’s 116th Convention at one location, The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, SeaTac. Starting in the morning, Friday will be filled with great workshops and exhibits by folks and organizations from around the Diocese. Look for workshops centered around our mission framework areas: Beloved Community, Congregational Development, Creation Justice, Discipleship, and Stewardship. The business session will start Friday afternoon. A formal schedule will be available soon.
The Diocese of Olympia Convention meets annually to conduct the business of the diocese. It worships together; elects to diocesan offices; ratifies a budget; sets assessment levels; admits congregations as missions or parishes; votes on resolutions; elects a General Convention deputation; and hears the bishop’s annual address. Clergy, elected delegates from congregations, and governing body members attend as voting convention members. Convention information is distributed via newsletter and the convention website.
This year we are happy to welcome guests to attend both the workshops and business sessions of the Convention. Guests will need to register using this same form.

Early bird pricing is $125. The price will increase to $150 on September 18th.
Registration deadline is October 8, 2026.
Registration cost includes both Friday and Saturday lunch as well as continental breakfast Saturday morning. The Friday dinner is an optional add-on for $60.00.
When registering, you have the option to pay by card or check. Please mail checks to the Diocesan Office, ℅ Matt Koski, 1551 10th Ave E, Seattle, WA 98102.
Congregation Admins: To simplify registration, congregations are asked to complete the Registration form for their entire delegation and submit it with a single payment covering the total amount due. On the first page, that info should be one of your Convention delegates or Clergy person.
Individuals (members & guests): Use this form to pay your own individual registration if your church is NOT paying your expenses or if you are a clergy person not formally connected to a congregation.
Convention members, to avoid duplicate payments, Please check with your church office to see if you have already been registered.
