The 2017 Bishop's Clergy Conference will be held at the Shilo Inn in Ocean Shores from Sunday May 7th to Wednesday May 10th. Topics for this year’s conference include:
• Representatives from the Church Pension Group presenting the upcoming changes to the pension plan
• Elizabeth Hawkins, Immigration Attorney and member of St. Mark's Cathedral presenting a workshop on immigration and the current state of the efforts
• The Rev. Jim Freidrich presenting his topic, Outward and Visible Signs: Embracing the Arts as a Means of Grace
Clergy conference is to be a relaxing time for clergy to be together as colleagues. Free time is built into the conference for enjoying the beach, and spending time with one another.
The total conference cost is $200 which includes hotel room, (for up to three nights, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday) all food and the conference.
